In this last case, you can taste the pork loin seasoned with wild dill. This is a popular wild herb which is used in a lot of recipes. The dill is found in the center and in the south of Italy. This recipe offers you to taste the pork loin - a very rich and tasty slice of meat - seasoned with dill. The pork loin has been roasted in the traditional way, at low temperature, so to obtain a very soft meat.
