TELL ME ABOUT YOUR MENUS

  • AUTHENTIC & INNOVATIVE. Each recipe characterises both the authentic and contemporary sides of Italian cuisine.

  • VARIETY. In our menus you’ll find vegetarian dishes or those based on the most succulent cuts of meat. Some are light, some are rich dishes. The time and difficulty level varies, too.

  • REGIONS. The different food regions of Italy are reflected in all our ingredients.

  • DIETARY INFORMATION. All our recipe cards indicate ingredients and allergens.

  • EXPIRY DATES. We recommend that you consume our products within four days from delivery or to check the use-by date written on product labels.

  • WINE. We select excellent wines that complement Gourmio’s delicious recipes. Wine matches are presented at the checkout and can be purchased at an additional cost.

ABOUT GOURMIO’S SERVICE

  • GOURMIO IS A SUBSCRIPTION-FREE SERVICE. You just have to pay as you order. Orders can be placed, starting from next day!

  • DO I NEED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT? No. However, in order to check out you must enter your email and payment details. If you wish to open an account with Gourmio this will require you to register and create a password. As an account holder you can hear about our delicious new recipes, promotions and events.

  • CAN I CHANGE THE CONTENTS OF MY BOX? Contact us by e-mail or by phone and we’ll do our best to change your recipes if we have not yet delivered your box. Email info@gourmio.co.uk or call 020 8877 3701 as soon as you can!

  • IS THERE A MINIMUM AMOUNT? Yes. You will need to purchase at least two main dishes, each serving two people. So, your box should serve four people or more. You can add another main or choose from the most inspiring starters, sides or desserts. And do not forget to have a look at our wine selection, too!

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

  • WHERE DO YOU DELIVER? Gourmio’s home delivery service is offered in mainland UK. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Eire, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore or the Channel Islands.

  • WHAT DAYS DO YOU DELIVER? We deliver Tuesdays to Fridays by 4pm.

  • HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER? We offer next day delivery if you order by 1pm the day before. For all other orders you can give us a maximum of five working days’ notice. Please note our delivery days are Tuesdays to Fridays.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IN CASE OF A DELAY IN DELIVERY? There are rare occasions when a delivery unfortunately cannot be made on the planned day due to reasons beyond our control. If your box is delayed until the next day, please discard the refrigerated items such as meat and fish and contact us as soon as possible. Email info@gourmio.co.uk or call 020 8877 3701.

  • IS DELIVERY FREE? Delivery is free for orders over £40. For orders under £40 there is a £5.95 delivery cost.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME? Drivers can leave your Gourmio box in a safe place, or according to the instructions you have provided on the website before checking out.

PAYMENT

  • HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PAYMENT DETAILS? To add a new card, select My Account and then My saved cards in the left side menu. Enter your new card details and click Save card. To remove a card, in My saved card tick the card you want to remove and click Remove.

  • ARE MY PAYMENT DETAILS SECURE? Your details are securely stored with our payment processing partner using bank-grade encryption, under level 1 PCI compliance.
